How do I set up my group's photo shoot?
How long will it take to receive my completed photo
package?
You should receive your photo package within
three to four weeks. Completed
packages for your entire group will be delivered to
your group coordinator.
Call us to book your photo shoot and check our
availability. We will do our best to
accommodate your schedule. We will set it up
accordingly on one of your practice or game days.
Is advance payment required?
Yes. Advance payment is required to be made
with your photo order on photo day. Order
envelopes are distributed in advance to your group
coordinator so you have time to complete your order
and enclose the payment. We do accept cash and
personal checks as form of payment, but do not
accept credit cards.
What
do we need to do on photo day?
Please have your team or group arrive on time as
specified when booking your photo shoot. Make
sure that the players have their envelopes and most
importantly their uniforms and are ready to take
their pictures.
No studio is used. Sports Photo Hawaii uses
all outdoor locations, whether at your practice
area, or utilizing the many other beautiful
locations Hawaii has to offer.
Do you use a studio for the photo shoot?
A Memory Mate is a Custom mounted Individual and
Team photo package. You can view
a sample of this on the Products page, or on the
back of your order envelopes.
